Andrew Bailey is the  Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Bailey was previously the Chief Cashier of The Bank OF England –  As Chief Cashier, Bailey’s signature appeared on bank notes issued by the bank during his appointment.
